Useless scented water. It only works to prevent hair from getting static when combing. It doesn't add any toning or extra shine.
The spray is claimed to be a toner, but in reality, it is intended for dark hair care. I wanted a spray for toning roots as an alternative to L'Oreal, but instead, I wasted my money! Taking care of hair and toning are two different things! Please correct the name.
