A few days ago, I purchased pencil No. 222 for my eyes. I am very satisfied with this purchase. It is fabulous. The shade is magnificent, delicate, and pearlescent. After a few days, they called me and informed me that the video shows that the pencil and hair tie were on top, which is, of course, untrue. The issue is not about the cheap pencil, but about the unpleasant experience from ordering on this website. I advise everyone to be cautious with this website because their approach to customers has clearly changed for the worse.
